For contractors
You’ve been invited to Texanlink’s contractor portal.
It’s a simple, phone-first place to see your work and your money with Texanlink. You see your own information — never anyone else’s.
What you’ll see
- What you’ve earned, what’s been paid to you, and what’s still waiting — with the share math shown, never hidden.
- Your projects, your hours (for hourly work), and invoices you draft for Texanlink to approve.
- Your documents: upload a W-9 or W-8BEN, read and accept the working terms, and get your 1099 electronically if you agree to.
- A way to tell Texanlink “I received a payment” — it counts once Texanlink confirms it.
What you won’t see
- Texanlink’s own books or tax estimates.
- Any other contractor, or their pay.
- Clients beyond the projects you work on.
This is enforced by the app’s server on every request — not just by hiding buttons.
Your first sign-in
- Open the invitation email from Texanlink. It has your sign-in email and a temporary password.
- Go to app.aledgerly.com/portal and sign in. Check the address bar first — that’s the only place you should type your password.
- Choose your own password. At least 12 characters. Don’t reuse one from another site.
- Turn on the six-digit code. Scan the code with an authenticator app on your phone. You’ll use a fresh code each time you sign in.
- Read and accept two short notices. How your information is handled, and the rules for using the portal. Then you’re in.
Stay safe: Texanlink will never ask for your password or six-digit code by email, text or phone. If a message asks for them, don’t reply — tell Texanlink.
